We understand there are other options like the internet, other land brokers and newspaper, but it takes persistence and detailed work to complete a land transaction.  We do not simply pass on the information and have you worry about the research.  We'll work directly with the principle owners, do our research with the city (zoning, codes, planning, best use), State Engineer (water shares and water rights) and surrounding properties (boundary line, easements, other possible aquisition) so you can make the best decisions.
